5 Tips to stop that Runny Nose
Its common for some to suffer from a runny nose during the colder weather, but what about those who suffer all year long?

3) Increase the intake of vitamin C in your body. Eat fruits that are rich in vitamin C like oranges, strawberries and other citrus fruits. You can also take Vitamin C supplements.
4) Chewing Ginger will help curb runny nose. Chew some finely sliced raw ginger, thrice a day. This is a highly effective natural home remedy.
5) Dont put the air conditioner on high as the cold environment will aggravate your cold and runny nose, making you prone to headaches too.
