From the time it is being formulated inside the filmmaker’s mind to the time it hits the big screens, the amount of efforts that go behind in making is indescribable. Taal: This blockbuster of Subhash Ghai was not just another commercial film but. The film fetched him several awards and he earned himself a special place in our hearts and in the industry. However, Ghai had initially thought of a completely different story with a different cast and a name for the film. But later ‘Taal’s’ script was reworked and released in the year 1999.
Phantom: One of the most underrated films of 2016, ‘Phantom’ was in talks even before ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ released but never made it. Krrish 3: None of the sequels to ‘Krrish’ have left the audience disappointed. Immensely popular with the kids, the film has won many hearts ever since its first installment was released. As per reports, ‘Krrish 3’ was being shelved because of Hrithik Roshan’s ill-health and director Rakesh Roshan decided to put it on the back-burner. However, Hrithik’s speedy recovery helped the movie get a full-fledged release and made it become a blockbuster.
Shivaay: The movie might not have done immensely well at the box office but its amazing action sequences and picturesque locations earned it several awards. Considering the amount of VFX and production costs, Ajay Devgn had decided to give the project a pass. However, after several discussions the production cost was cut down by Rs 40 crores which made Ajay Devgn reach the end of ‘Shivaay’ and eventually release it.
Hum Tumhare Hain Sanam: If you happened to notice, the cast of the movie Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan and Madhuri Dixit-Nene looked way younger that the time when the movie released. Well, if you still have that question in your head, then it’s because the movie took 6 long years to complete. It even reached a point where an entire portion was re-shot before being released.
