Big Screen and Small Screen Cross-Overs.
Many actors over the years have made it from the small screen to the big screen and the trend continues every year. Many TV stars have made their debut in Bollywood films but only some have made it successfully.
A perfect example of successful TV actors are Shah Rukh Khan, Vidya Balan, Aayushman Khurana, Shushant Singh Rajut and many others. This year we have the Comedy Nights King Kapil Sharma who will be making his debut in a Bollywood comedy film ‘Kisse Pyar Karu’.
We may soon have ‘Big Boss’ fame and ‘Diya Aur Bati Hum’ actor Gautam Gulati making his debut in Bollywood.
We will also have Humsafar and Neeyat actor Mahira Khan who will be making her debut playing a role against none other then King Khan (SRK) in ‘Raees’.
There are no surprise of the reverse effect either! Super stars like Amitabh Bachchan and Shah Rukh Khan played a reverse effect by coming from Big Screen to Small screen in ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati’ and ‘India Poochega Sabse Shaana Kaun Hai?’ Also keep a look out for Dancing star Govinda to return to reality television show ‘Dance India Dance Super Moms’.
