Movie Review: Mr X

Directed Vikram Bhatt, ‘Mr X’ features Emraan Hashmi as an Anti Terrorist Department’s best cop or an invisible man who seeks revenge for all the wrongs done to him and vows to hunt down his enemies. It also features Amyra Dastur and Arunoday Singh.

Although the invisible man is a concept very similar Mr. India and Gayab and already shown on screen years ago there is nothing new or unique to show other than the 3D effect. It did show decent amount of 3D effects in the movie. The chemistry between Emraan Hashmi and Amyra lacked the magic and didn’t come out on screen so strong. The second half of the film was dragging like it was never ending saga.

As far a songs go we tend to find one hot song out of Hashmi’s films but no hit song has come out of Mr. X which made is even worse. Mr X has failed to impress critics but due to such hype it has ranked in 14 crore in it’s opening weekend.
