Shabana Azmi on British TV Drama
The legendary actress Shabana Azmi has joined the stellar cast of BBC One mini-series ‘Capital’, an adaptation of John Lanchester’s best selling novel of the same name. ‘Capital’ is a charming and observant look at modern Britain, told over three hour long episodes.
Shabana is currently shooting for this TV drama in London. It is being directed by Euros Lyn, who is a director known for ‘Happy Valley’ & ‘ Last Tango in Halifax’.
