True Talent in an Actor
What makes a true actor other then their georgeous looks, roles they are given, personality, popular demand and so on so forth?
One of the most important and distinctive characteristic that stands out in a true talent is being able to portray a role by getting inside the skin of the character. In other words, a true actor is one who become the character they are playing.
We tend to find very few of those true actors in our film industry where acting has become more of an popularity demand then a true talent.
There are actors who go above and beyond their true self to bring out the actor in them and do justice to the character they play. One of the most essential part of certain character is their body language and unique accent. Language learning it’s one most crucial part to play certain roles and bring out the character alive on screen.
On the top of the list is none other than Amir Khan, who never fails to amaze his audience with his role I which he really bring out the character he plays. Recent release of PK is perfect example of Aamir’s talent where he took an effort to learn Bhojpuri language. We have seen the past in Lagan he portrayed himself as a villager and picked up on both body language and unique accent. We have yet to see another character of Aamir playing a Hariyanvi Father to two daughters in Dangal. Aamir Khan’s doesn’t tend to surprise us with the amount of talent he holds and brings out so there is no doubt he will give his best to show us a completely different level of acting.
Deepika Padukone has made it on our list too, as being one of most versitile actress to date. After giving her outstanding performance in Chennai Express she stepped up a notch in all her film after that. By learning Tamil and giving her best performance has made ‘Meenamma’ such an outstanding character in ‘Chennai Express’. Deepika yet again learned a whole new language for Piku. In the film, we saw Deepika and Amitabh at best in their Bengali character with proper perfection.
We have also seen recently the Bollywood’s ‘Queen’, Kangana Ranaut adapting to Haryanvi language in ‘Tanu Weds manu Returns’ in which she plays double role. Kangana fullheartedly justifies her second character, Kusum in Tanu Weds Manu Returns who plays a typical Haryanvi smart and sassy tomboy girl.
There are many other actors who tries there best to be the character they play but very few actors who really get into the skin of character and bring it alive.
