Ridley Scott and Anurag Kashyap invite you to be part of cinematic history and be involved with the “India In A Day” project . On October 10, film your day and you could be part of a film that tells the story of India at a moment of dramatic change.

The film makers have partnered up with Google and are inviting all of India to help create a user generated, feature length documentary shot in a single day.

‘India In A Day’ will be a story of a single day in evolving India and on October 10th, 2015 you get a chance to grab a camera and capture a moment from your day to be submitted for this project.  Participants dont need to have professional equipment, a simple smart phone will do.

Capture how you socialize with friends, connect with family, your work life or anything you wish, the options are unlimited.

Those whose clips are selected for the documentary will be credited as co-director. Scott is the executive producer and Mehta the director.  The names of creative consultants include R Balki, Shekhar Kapur and Zoya Akhtar.
