Amitabh Bachchan gets Padma Vibhushan Awards in Rashtrapati Bhavan

The Padma awards Which were announced on the evening of republic day for the year 2015 were presented by president Pranab Mukharjee at Rashtrapathi Bhavan in new Delhi. The president of India Pranabh Mukharjee will be presenting 9 padma vibhushan, 20 padma bhushan And 75 padmashri awards.  

Padma vibhushan is a award for exceptiional and distinguished service.
Padma bhushan is for exceptional service of high order and padmasri is presented in exceptional work in any field.

The super star Amitabh Bachchan today april 8th 2015 is honoured with padma vibhushan award at a ceremony held to present the awards at rashtrapathi bhavan , newdelhi. This is Big B’s third Padma Awards, in 1989 he was honoured with Padma Shri and in 2001 he was honoured with Padma Bhushan for his contribution in the field of Indian cinema.

His family members were also attended the event. His son Abhishek bachan And daughter Swetha , Daughter- in – law Aishwarya rai bachan also attended the ceremony.
