Bachchan Caught in Gang War Shootout!
A gang war shootout brokeout near Amitabh Bachchan’s film set leaving one injured at Film City. A film featuring Bachchan was shutdown for a short period of time on Friday after a security contractor (Raju Sindhe, age 45) was shot by an unknown guy on a motorbike.
Seriously injured Sindhe was rushes to the hospital whee he is currently undergoing treatment. Police investigating the crime scene believes that the shooting was related to personal rivalry and not linked to Film City studio in Goregaon, Mumbai.
Bachchan took it to social media about the incident: “Okay!! Shooting at Film City…and a gang war shootout 20 feet from where we are… !! 1 dead… cops all over.” He soon corrected his message by saying, “Correction: in gang shoot out where I was shooting in Film City person shot at is NOT dead. He has been taken to hospital.”
Senior police officer Fateh Singh Patil said, “After the firing, the assailants were chased by another security guard and both attackers ran away leaving their motorcycle in the jungle of Arey. We have seized the bike.“
The film city that has served to so many bollywood films and TV show shooting was shutdown for couple hours and the people unable to grasp their thoughts on this horrifying event.
