‘Bombay Velvet’ U/A Censor Rating

Director Anurag Kashyap’s upcoming film ‘Bombay Velvet’ starring Ranbir Kapoor and Anushka Sharma has received an U/A certification from the Revising Committee of Central Board of Film Certification.

While this rating deems the film can be viewed by people of all ages, it comes with parental guidance for those below 12 years of age.

A romantic thriller set against the backdrop of Bombay of the 1960s, the film has Ranbir playing the role of the angry, young lover Johnny Balraj and Anushka Sharma enacting the part of singer Rosie Noronha. It also features Karan Johar as the villain. 

‘Bombay Velvet’ is set to release on May 15th, 2015.
