Mahira Khan – Next Bollywood Diva?

Pretty face Mahira Khan, who is an ex video jockey on the satellite channel MTV Pakistan is preparing to make her debut in Bollywood.  She is also a leading actress in Pakistani Drama Industry, well known for her role in ‘Humsafar’.  She just recently came to India and have already started shooting for her debut film ‘Raees’ in which she’s paried with none other than the lady charmer super star of Bollywood Shah Rukh Khan.

This is a huge break for Mahira into Indian Film Industry although it’s all up to her role in ‘Raees’ to make it big in Bollywood.  Will ‘Raees’ give her that chance to portrait her acting talent between the lead roles of SRK being a gangster from Gujarat and most talented Nawazuddin Siddiqui playing a cop?  There is no doubt that she will do justice to her role based on her acting talent in ‘Humsafar’, though only time will tell as her fans in Indian, Pakistan and worldwide are hoping to see her more onscreen in the movie as she takes up the role to play SRK’s wife.
