Mandira Bedi ” I wont ever quit TV”
Actress Mandira Bedi says she can never leave TV as she started her career with it.
“I won’t ever quit TV for films or for any other reason . . . I am on board for the second series of 24, and I am quite excited as the script is really interesting and will keep the audiences glued to their TV screens.” – said Bedi
Bedi, who has been an actor and commentator with ICC Cricket World Cups in the past, has now launched her own designer label and starred in the popular TV show ’24’ with Anil Kapoor.
When asked if she wants to set a benchmark as a designer, she says, “I have to go a long way as I am just a beginner as a designer. It was always my passion and in the back of my head, I had this immense love for fashion designing.”
The 43-year-old adds, “We have just one life, I want to explore varied facets of myself; and that’s why I’ve tried acting, anchoring and now designing. I’ve not left entertainment; it’s just that I am trying something new.”
