Bollywood Film and TV actor Ram Kapoor is well known for his role on Indian TV shows such as ‘Bade Achhe Lagte Hain’ and is now all geared up to make his return with this new show ‘Dil Ki Baatein’ on Sony Entertainment TV.
“I accepted to be a part of this show because it’s a very challenging role. The audience will see me in a different light. It is a story that people have not seen before on Indian TV.” – said Kapoor.
The shows base is about a wife asks her husband to help her make a graceful exit from the world. Whether he will put aside his personal anguish and help his wife or not, is for the viewer to see.
Director and Producer Mahesh Bhatt said “The concept came from a personal experience I had back in 2007, when I had to assist my mentor in his last days, to end his life on his own terms. In this show, too, Ram’s character has to deal with the difficult decision of whether or not to end the life of his terminally-ill wife.”
