Banana & Spinach Smoothie:
– Half a ripe banana
– 1 cup skim milk
– Fresh baby spinach (2 large handful or as much as you want)
Toss it all in the blender with a couple of ice cubes and drink away.

Spinach with Blueberry Avocado:
– 1 cup fresh blueberries
– 1/2 ripe avocado
– 1 banana
– 2 full cups of spinach (make a mountain, more the better)
– 1 cup water
– 1 cup ice
– 1 tbsp agave (honey or sugar can be replaced)
