Tech Tip: Selecting a “Strong” Password
With the numerous reports of websites and online shopping portals being hacked, its a good practice to routinely change your password, and this goes for everything from business and personal emails to bank account logins.
Although it may seem cumbersome, the few minutes you take every 6 months are much better then falling victim to a hack.
When selecting a “Strong” Password, always use a combination of letters (with both upper and lower case) and numbers and mixing in a special character for accounts which allow it. Keeping it simple isn’t the best option when it comes to password.
