The Film Fare Awards have seen many memorable moments over the years, such as when Amitabh Bachchan made history by winning the Best Actor award for his performance in ‘Deewar’ in 1976, or when Aamir Khan’s ‘Lagaan’ became India’s official entry to the Oscars after winning eight Film Fare Awards in 2002.
