Fattening Habits
Everyone who is concerning about weight gain and wanting a more healthy body will be on a constant look out for what to eat and not each, but have they thought about a healthy lifestyle as well?
Eating fat won’t make you fat, any more than eating money will make you rich. Calories make you fat, so you need to have a reality check as to whats being done to burn those calories.
– No more “Burning the Midnight Oil”, turn off the tube and other electronics and shoot for an average of six to seven hours of sleep.
– Keep clear of those “freebie” table snacks at restaurants like chips, bread and papadum, without knowing your piling on calories. Grab an apple or some healthy nuts before the restaurant so your not starving.
– Skim Milk may not be the best option after all. Although you get fewer calories, it takes away the fat your body needs to absorb essential vitamins.
– Dont inhale your food. It takes about 20 minutes for your brain to tell the body “Im Full”, hence the faster you eat, the more calories you will absorb.
– Hydration, we’ve posted several articles on the benefits of H20, its a no brainer.. Drink lots of water.
– Get out and smell the roses, or what ever botanical life you life. Walk, Jog, Bike…the point is you need to have at least 30 minutes of activity daily.
– “Chillax” a bit, stress can also play a factor to weight gain. Find what works for you to unplug from the world, yoga, long walks, a ride in the country side.
