Secrets to the "6 pack" body

Bollywood to Hollywood and all places in between, the biggest craze for the stars is that perfect “6 Pack Body”.

Guys, Im sure that “Special Someone” in your life has pointed out the physique of superstars like SRK, Salman Khan, David Beckham, Hrithik Roshan, Brad Pitt, Bradley Cooper and the list goes on and on.

Every wonder,  “how can i get a body like that?” .Well the Summer is fast approaching and football seasons over, so get off the couch cause its not too let, you too can get that “sexy” body.

Working out and following a strict routine in combination of some lifestyle changes are essential, but not out of reach for that “6 Pack Body”.

– Eating frequently through the day will increase your metabolic rate and help burn more calories.  A combination between your 3 main meals and snacks for “6 Meals” works best.

– Protein in your diet will burn those calories and will increase your metabolic rate.  A good source of protein is lean chicken, beef and salmon and if your a vegetarian things like cheese, yogurt, bean and whey protein powders are good options.

– Veggies in your diet is another must.  At least 3 portions of vegetables will provide the essential vitamins and minerals along with fiber while not loading you with calories.

– “Healthy Fats” should also be included in your diet.  “Eat Fat to Burn Fat”.  Its known that “fatty acids” have a host of health benefits to support fat loss.  Sources for “Good Fat” can be almonds, pumpkin & flax seeds, fish, avocados and olive oil.

– Hydration is the single most key to good health overall.  H20 is a known calorie burning thermogenic.  Not only will it help you gain that perfect shape it will keep your skin and overall health good.

Ok, so now that you got the basics packed for a healthy living lifestyle, here comes the fun part.  “eating good” alone isnt going get that “Greek God” body, your gonna have to work hard for it.  Follow some simple workout routines daily and you will soon be on track.

Sets: 4  Reps: To failure  Rest: 90 seconds between sets

4  Reps: 10 on each side  Rest: 60 seconds between sets

Sets: 3  Reps: 10 on each side  Rest: 120 seconds between sets
