Ladies, are you ready for warmer days and getting back into those ‘Skinny Jeans’?
Get outside for refreshing workout. Grab a friend and start going for those neighborhood walks, you will be surprise on the distance you cover when taking long walks with friends. The key is to get a routine in place. A regular workout routine combined with healthy eating and rest is the perfect formula to a slimmer more healthy you.
Another key factor is keeping a track of everything. From what you eat and drink to how may calories burned, keeping a good record will let you determine the most effective pattern. You can simply get a notebook and tally everything up or take the tech route. Many fitness gadgets from Fitbit to Nike are available which will track your steps and calculate things like steps and burned calories, some have APP’s which allow you to input things like meals and liquids.
Get creative with your meals to make it more fun. Eating right may not be the most appealing to some, but with the warmer seasons upon us, many fresh fruits and vegetables are available from local markets.
