We all know that fruits as part of your regular diet are essential for good health,  today we give you some tips on how the Lemon can help with some of your beauty concerns.

Got Yellow teeth, well the yellow lemon can help clean up those pearly whites. Gently rub a mixture of lemon juice and a dash of baking soda on your teeth for about 30 seconds and rise with luke warm water then brush as normal.  Repeat the process every couple of days, be careful not to overdo it as the acid may break up your tooth enamel.

Suffering from chapped lips or in have ruff skin?  Lemon juice works naturally to exfoliate dead skin for softer skin. Soothe those chapped lips by massaging some lemon wedges and letting the oil and juice work their magic overnight.  A mixture of a tablespoon of lemon juice and honey with 1/4 cup of yogurt will make a great mask which will exfoliate your dead and dry skin, Leave the mask on for 10-15 minutes and rinse off with warm water.  This mask can be applied to your face, feet or anyplace which need some TLC.

Lemon juice has some great anti-bacterial properties which you can benefit from to get rid of those blackheads and blemishes.  Rub some lemon slices over the blackheads directly or make a scrub mixture of some honey and lemon juice applying for a few minutes daily then washing off with cold water.

Having a daily “bad hair” day or lacking that “shine”? Try a homemade conditioner of eggs with lemon juice and yogurt. Rub the mixture into your hair and let dry before washing off with baby shampoo.  You can also massage a mixture of lemon juice and vinegar into your scalp to fight against those dandruff flakes.
