What your Urine says about your Health.

You may not know it but a simple thing like the content of your urine may be a sign of health concerns. So the next time “Nature Calls”, take a look at your pee for some warning signs.

If your Urine is cloudy, it may be a sign of a bacterial infection, especially if there’s a foul smell or burning sensation. The cloudiness is a byproduct of white blood cells working to fight germs.

Blood in your Urine can signal an enlarged prostate in men or kidney stone or even cancer. Have it checked out right away.

If you notice that your Urine is Rust-hued it can be a bacterial calling card. Blood sometimes looks brown. The same color change can also be caused by bilirubin, a liver byproduct that can signal liver disease.

There’s too much protein in your Urine if its Frothy or Foamy, which means your kidneys aren’t doing their job of filtering it out. This could signal the start of diabetes or kidney disease.

Don’t panic if you notice any of these changes in your Urine, but definitely schedule an appointment with your doctor or urologist, don’t put it off thinking you can simply “cleanse” your system out.
