The next AR Rahman?

Since his debut into the world of music, AR Rahman has become a household name and over night sensation.  In recent years Rahman  has taken on several student and his very 1st, Khamosh Shah is about to make a splash.

Rahman protégé Khamosh Shah will be making his music direction debut with Anurag Kashyap’s next production for which AR Rahman especially flew down to Mumbai.

“I owe my musical learning to Rahman sir.” says Shah

Khamosh has got an eclectic mix of songs in his album and Rahman has been talking about it to his industry friends too, to spread the word. “Rahman has received a good feedback for Khamosh’s work and he’s hoping that the young composer goes on to bag some more good projects,”  says a spokesman from the Rahman camp.
