Don’t be a couch potato!
Exercise is the key to healthy life. 15 to 20 minutes of exercise everyday will do wonders. Daily routine exercises will not only helps you control weight but it will maintain healthy bones, reduce any major risk of sickness and will keep you energetic all day. Exercise is also a great way deal or to treat the depression problem.

The most important meal of the day is breakfast and making breakfast a regular morning meal is not only healthy and nutritional part of life but it starts off the day right. So don’t forget to eat healthy breakfast that provides energy and benefits you no matter what type of day you are having.

Well balanced diet is a great habit to keep yourself in shape. Add more fruits and veggies to your diet and you will start seeing the results yourself soon. Best idea would be to dedicate at least one day for fresh vegetables and fruits a week and call it a meatless day. It may be a bit hard in the beginning but once your get use to the diet process it would be a piece of cake to maintain the routine.

Find time to drink lot of water through out the day. If you’re not a big fan of plain water than just add fresh lemon or drops of lemon juice to make it more appealing.
